Chartered Homes established itself in Colorado in 2004.  However,  the roots of the company date  back to 1976.  It's predecessor firm was founded in Los Angeles, California and in 1986 the company, then known as Chartered Homes expanded to Las Vegas, Nevada with its affiliated Real Estate Investment Trust.  Since its beginning, over 4.000 new residences, including patio homes, custom homes, single family homes, condominiums, townhomes and apartments have been developed and built by Chartered Homes and its affiliates.
